SHSAT Test Dates 2015
/In this post, you will find some useful information on dates for SHSAT tests, dates and locations of NYC high school fairs, and registration deadlines for 2015.
SHSAT Test Dates in 2015
- 10 September: Registration for SHSAT and LaGuardia High School Audition starts (speak with your school counselor)
- 26 and 27 September: Citywide High School Fairs.* All high schools in NYC are featured at the High School Fairs. At the events, parents and students can speak with the different high schools representatives to learn about each school's curriculum, student performance, etc
- 15 October: Registration Deadline for Fall SHSAT and Audition for LaGuardia High School
- 21 October: SHSAT Ticket and LaGuardia High School Audition Ticket released
- 17 & 18 October: Borough High School Fairs**
- 24 & 25 October: SHSAT test days for 8th graders (students will be assigned a date)
- 7 & 15 November: Test days for all current 9th grade students, 8th and 9th grade students who are English Language Learners or students with disabilities who have 504 Plans. Make-up test requests are also scheduled for these dates.
- LaGuardia High School: Auditions begin by Borough.
- 1 December: Deadline to submit Round 1 High School Application
- March 2016: Round 1 results distributed (Inclusive of specialized results)
* Venue is usually Brooklyn Tech High School, Brooklyn
** Venues for borough-wide high school fairs are usually at:
